Abstract

건전한 건조하악골에 인위적인 치조골내 병변을 형성하여 I-감도필름상과 CDR영상 및
조절된 CDR영상을 5명의 관찰자(Radiologist 2명, Periodontist 2명, General practitioner 1
명)가 관찰한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 1벽, 4벽 결손에서는 모든 관찰자가 높은 진단의 정확성을 보였으나, 2벽, 3벽 결손에서
는 모든 관찰자의 진단이 부정확하였다.
2. E-감도필름상과 CDR영상 및 조절된 CDR영상의 비교에서는 조절된 CDR영상이 비교
적 높은 진단의 정확성을 보였으나 통계학적 유의성은 없었다.
3. 각각 관찰자군 사이에서 CDR영상의 조절은 radiologist가 가장 많이 하였으며 대조도
나 휘도의 변화보다는 대등화 효과를 가장 많이 이용하였다.

The purpose of this study was to compare E-speed film, CDR, and modified CDR
images by means of observing some artificial defects of alveolar bone wall in the sound
human dried mandibles. High diagnostic accuracy was shown in 1 wall ailed 4 wall
defects by all 5 observers (2 Radiologists, 2 Periodontists, 1 General practitioner), but
the diagnosis in 2 wall and 3 wall defects was inaccurate. Modified CDR images had
the more diagnostic accuracy than E-speed aim and CDR image, but there was no
statistical difference among them. Finally, radiologist used modified CDR images more
than others and used equalization effect more than the change in contrast and/or
brightness.
